HeRISA’s Take on Capacity Building for Community Health Organizations serving Somali Americans
HeRISA considers the community health organizations and their services for Somali-Americans extremely important. Such organizations must build and maintain capacities in order to deliver their services diligently. The process of building capacities will, among others, include developing and maintaining structures, meeting standards, developing staff skills, etc.
HeRISA and its team are willing to help the community health organizations such as home care agencies and adult day care centers build capacities in order to deliver their services professionally. HeRISA and its team will also help organizations measure and evaluate their services for sustainability and improvement.
